What is wrong with my Bearded Dragon?

Hes about fifteen months old and hes been fine up until about a week ago.Hes been very lazy and hasn’t been eating as much.I have also noticed that every 10-15 minutes he coughs/sneezes.Almost like a quick inhale/exhale.His stool hasn’t changed in look or smell.The temperature is fine but the humidity is high.I am very worried because he is my first bearded dragon.Also how can I lower the humidity in his tank.Its a 40 gallon Breeder tank with front sliding windows and a mesh screen top. I completely disagree about older dragons being inactive, mine are living proof of that.Other dragons might become slow due to boredom. Bearded Dragons are very resistant to respiratory infections.BUT…prolonged exposure to low temperatures, improper humidity and poor cage conditions could result in respiratory complications.
